 the laundry service is available from 8.30am, acceptance up to 11.00am. Delivery within 48 hours

The laundry bag  should be left on bed and it will be picked up by a housekeeper by 11.00am.

We will deliver the clean garments within 48 hours.

For urgent requests within 24 hours, a 50% surcharge will be applied.

For the ironing only service, a 50% discount will be applied.

Any differences in the count of the items must be reported by 12.00pm of the same day, after this time the order will be considered accepted in full.

We decline any responsibility for damage, shrinkage and / or discoloration.

The laundry service is not guaranteed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
